please take the following steps in order to get your question answered as quickly as

1) Please read the CMB Software FAQ
2) Please send an email to support@cmbsoftware.com with a detailed
description of your question or problem. (Please include program name, computer system and
configuration, memory, etc.)
3) Dial 1-800-964-9223 and leave your name and email
address or phone number and we will contact you as quick as possible. This is our order
line and they cannot answer any questions you may have.
The quickest and most accurate method of
customer support is via email. This way you
automatically get a copy of the support process for your records.
